Sometimes ago, I was busy looking for someone to setup a google voice account for me as I couldn't afford a dialer yet and also I'm from Nigeria, so I can't get access to Google voice. I really felt stuck as if I couldn't continue again. I thought cold calling was the only option. And I really wanted to leave it and just forget about it. But I never really wanted to quit. I started for a purpose and I had to continue to fulfill my purpose. That's when I realized cold calling isn't the only option. I made several researches, watched several videos, trainings, learning from the steps of experts and tried to find my own way around everything. I've not done a deal yet, but I've been able to talk directly to property owners, I've been closed to closing, I've built relationship with some cash buyers, listing agents and just trying to find my way and I'm confident within time, everything will start to align. I just have to continue. The only problem is that I don't really have anybody over there to talk to like a friend, a partner or something and which I think is very essential. If there's anybody willing to share the same vision and build a lot together (Better if in the US). I'd be very glad and ready for a long term collaboration while we support each other and bring more innovations to the wholesaling world. Reach out to me.

Hey everyone, hope business is going well for all of you! Just wanted to drop a quick reminder that might help someone still in the early grind, every single step counts. Whether you’re cold calling, learning, or networking, those little actions stack up faster than you think. Persistence really does pay off in this business. For me, I’m right at that point where I’m finally ready to start cold calling. I’ve been studying, practicing scripts, and building my workflow, but I’ve run into one small challenge. Google Voice isn’t supported in my country, and I really need a U.S. number to get started. I know it’s not the easiest thing to help with, setting up a Gmail, tying a number to it, and getting it verified, but I also know there are some amazing people in this group who remember what it’s like starting from zero. I’m starting on a $0 budget, but I’ve got the drive, the knowledge, and the hunger to make it happen. If anyone could help me set up a Google Voice account from their end, that one act would truly light up my whole career. In case you use paid dialers due to how big your business is now, and you don't need to use your Google voice for cold calling again, you may help me with that. While I do not mean to bother, burden, or inconvenience anyone, I hope you get the reward back in multifold someday. It’s not something I’d ever take for granted. The person who helps me make that first call will always be part of my story. And when I finally close my first deal, I’ll make sure your kindness turns into someone else’s inspiration. I feel like I keep jumping from code violations, to pre-foreclosures, to FSBO....but have yet to land that first deal. I just want to know people's opinions on what is the best list to put all my attention on to get my first deal?? Thanks for the insight in advance!! 😁
