What is the BEST list to go after to get your first deal??
I feel like I keep jumping from code violations, to pre-foreclosures, to FSBO....but have yet to land that first deal. I just want to know people's opinions on what is the best list to put all my attention on to get my first deal?? Thanks for the insight in advance!! 😁
