The Importance of Sleep
Today we’re talking about SLEEP. Quick heads up:This week is a presentation format module (slides) instead of video. Set aside 10–15 focused minutes to click through and read it intentionally. This is the multiplier habit. When sleep improves, everything else gets easier. This week’s focus: • Consistent sleep + wake time (even weekends) • Reducing late-night sugar + screen exposure • Creating a simple 20–30 minute wind-down routine Sleep directly impacts:– Blood sugar stability– Hunger hormones– Recovery + energy– Cravings Reminder: We have our 3pm live call tomorrow. Come ready with questions or share what sleep habit you’re working on this week. Drop below: how many hours of sleep you're aiming for each night this week 👇

😴 Sleep & Weight
If you’re doing everything right but still not seeing results…It might be your sleep. Thank you to everyone who joined today’s session! 💚 Sleep is one of the most overlooked foundations of health — right alongside nutrition, movement, and mindset. It impacts your hormones, metabolism, recovery, and even your cravings. ✨ In the comments (or your own post!), share one thing you’re committing to this week to improve your sleep quality.Whether it’s setting a bedtime routine, limiting screens, or focusing on balanced meals before bed — small shifts create big change. Remember: consistency in rest is just as powerful as consistency in the gym or kitchen. 🌙

I’ve been sleeping about 7 hours per night and this is an improvement. All thanks to no screen time prior to bed and not eating anything heavy right before bed. I’m hopeful to get to 8 hours very soon!
Beca has been MIA
Hello! I’ve kind of been MIA! But I at least wanted to give an update. My son-in-law had a seizure on Sunday. So I’ve been trying to help my daughter with her three kids while working full-time. I’m staying consistent with what I’m eating just not moving too much. Although I am chasing three babies 3 and under! Happy Halloween everyone!

I did a 30 min treadmill walk yesterday with a cool down walk back home. Decided to use the 30 min of no screen time on myself. Focusing on self care. It’s been great so far. Trying to get the protein in and getting enough water. (It’s been a huge struggle lately). Swapped out my coffee for tea twice this week. I plan on doing my measurements this weekend. Still trying to unpack from my move and can’t find my scales! Wahhh lol Focusing on what I eat and not giving into temptation. Making changes all around and just reminding myself that I deserve this! 🥰

Hello everyone!! My main goal is to jump start my wellness! I’ve fallen off and I’ve stayed off for way too long. It’s time! More protein and good stuff and less of the other stuff.
