My Experience with Max Strength Fitness
This is a post to journal my experience with Max Strength Fitness. I applied for a job earlier this week, talked with Jeff Tomaszewski, the franchisor, on Tuesday, Justin and Jamie, the owner/operator and Manager. They seemed excited about having me come aboard. I’m going to make weekly videos and posts here about the experience. I’ll make a video soon about the interviews. https://youtu.be/hJdoiKotIyE?si=dAdIr41yFZiz7Qs1

Almost ready. Equipment came in this week. I got to meet and spend many hours with Thor Swanson, of ‘Thor’s Box’. I think this may be as significant a development in exercise equipment as the cam was.

Exercise Machine Analysis - Episode 1
This is the start of a series using the Machine Design Checklist from The HIT List. Jeremy Amin goes through the list while I watch. We plan to make many videos for this series, and hope to bring others into each call, especially some Engineers.

@Jeremy Amin I’m looking forward to doing many more of these.
Discontinued strength machines
There have been many pieces of equipment which are great which are no longer in production for whatever reason. Which discontinued exercise machines do you most want to return to production? For the purposes of this question I am disregarding how available such machines may be on the second hand market.

I think, Infimetric/Akinetic equipment may have some benefits for stoke patients, and other patients with brain damage.
