Hi everybody I bought this oven to bake my macarons. My home oven is not good. Do you have any experience with this oven? For example in her recipe it says bake at 320F but this is convection oven so what is the temperature difference?

I tried my new convectional oven and all of them are lopsided what can be the reason ?

Hi everyone! I’m really happy to be part of this group. I love baking, and macarons are one of my favourite things to make. There’s something so beautiful about them, and I’m always excited to try new flavours and colours. However, I have to admit that I don’t always get them right! Sometimes they crack in the middle, sometimes they don’t rise properly, and other times they just don’t turn out the way I expect. Macarons can be quite tricky, and every batch seems to teach me something new. That’s exactly why I joined this group—to learn from others, improve my technique, and hopefully start making macarons that have the perfect shape, feet, and shine.
