About me
Hi everyone!
I’m really happy to be part of this group. I love baking, and macarons are one of my favourite things to make. There’s something so beautiful about them, and I’m always excited to try new flavours and colours.
However, I have to admit that I don’t always get them right! Sometimes they crack in the middle, sometimes they don’t rise properly, and other times they just don’t turn out the way I expect. Macarons can be quite tricky, and every batch seems to teach me something new.
That’s exactly why I joined this group—to learn from others, improve my technique, and hopefully start making macarons that have the perfect shape, feet, and shine. I’m really looking forward to learning from all of you and sharing the journey together! 😊
