Pre breakfast: 500 ml water Breakfast: 1 fried egg + 2 slices of bread + 1 cup tea without sugar. 1 litre water before lunch Lunch: oats soup Snack: 2 dates + qehwa Dinner at 7:30: yakhni pulao Total water intake: 1.5 litre... I try really hard but still can't get it to 2 litres. Lunch se pehle pehle jo paani ho jaata tou ho jata.. Raat ko nhi pia jata.. Total steps couldn't count because I decided to put my phone away while playing with my kids. But, I played for one hour running around with my daughter while my son was taking a nap and then another hour with my son.
