I completed my freebie last Thursday. After conversation with the Michael about his next summit I am not sure if it's a right fit. He mentioned I needed to do a talk. That has me initially saying no. Trying to determine what I would talk about and if that's that right way for me to move forward. Doesn't feel to me that I'm actually working on anything but an intentional choice. The work you really can't see.

@Jennifer Anderson , after our call Thursday and figuring out that offering a summit freebie would be a good option for me I have spent some time mapping out what one would look like for me. I know I’m not going to jump on the one that came up Friday, but I feel ready for the next opportunity. Thanks for the nudge!

Sat down to look at my Bingo card #3 and see what actions happened this week and "oh Happy Day" I have Bingo's Current situations in my work life have helped me: Release responsibility, set an emotional boundary, and have self-forgiveness. In a conversation with a dear friend, I caught an old thought that just doesn't happen these days. I have been blocking of time for myself daily, for a long time, and just not giving myself credit for it here. Lastly, 10 minutes of silence. I do that with journal time several times a week, but in trying to implement it into another time in the day I've had a struggle not listening to tv, podcast, or books. I did it twice yesterday- while putting on makeup and while driving to work. I'd forgot how peaceful it can be. Thanks for the reminder Jen!

It was a roller coaster week for me. A work situation tested ALL my boundaries. I survived it. I am stronger for it. Stress has been lifted from me. AND I realized I checked a bunch of my bingo boxes!!! Card #3 actions completed: Ask for clarification- Once I did it was the perfect doorway to be able to say, "This isn't the job I accepted, and isn't the job I want." Grounding Practice- I saw a review of myself before it was shared with me. My initial reaction was pack my stuff and go. By grounding and taking a couple days to really think about what I was able to go into the review with a level head, clear thoughts, and able to listen to my body and act from a place of what was best for me. Not just my ego. I get this is not typically what would happen. But it was proof to me that my initial instincts are to be hot headed. Say what you mean without apologizing- I was 100% honest with my comments. If it meant I left without a job, I was prepared to figure it out. I tried to preface then with "to me it looks like- feels like-etc" so it wasn't accusing someone else. I GET to have opinions. If they land hurtful to someone else that's a measure of the meaning they are placing on themselves. Lastly... I'm celebrating a win. This week has been a long time coming!

It just hasn’t made it to the top of the priority list. Other task have felt more pressing so days go by that I don’t think about it. It does make me question myself on how bad I want it.
