Current situations in my work life have helped me: Release responsibility, set an emotional boundary, and have self-forgiveness.
In a conversation with a dear friend, I caught an old thought that just doesn't happen these days.
I have been blocking of time for myself daily, for a long time, and just not giving myself credit for it here.
Lastly, 10 minutes of silence. I do that with journal time several times a week, but in trying to implement it into another time in the day I've had a struggle not listening to tv, podcast, or books. I did it twice yesterday- while putting on makeup and while driving to work. I'd forgot how peaceful it can be. Thanks for the reminder Jen!
