Blissful Besties Book Study Update + Replay 🎥
Hi beautiful ladies 💛 Such a powerful conversation tonight. I’m so proud of the honesty, reflection, and connection in this space. 📺 Watch the replay below ✨ What we explored this week: We dove into: - Introduction - Walking - My Roots Are Showing - And here’s what really stood out from our conversation: - Healing doesn’t have a finish line. Growth is ongoing, and that’s not a bad thing… it’s part of becoming. - The smallest steps forward matter. Movement, even when it feels slow, is still progress. - So many of our beliefs about ourselves were shaped early through comments, experiences, and expectations. - We’re not alone in this. So many of our stories overlap, even if the details are different. - Self-awareness is powerful, but self-compassion is what allows real change. There was such a strong theme of:👉 “I see myself in this”👉 “I’ve felt this too”👉 “Maybe I can start looking at this differently” And that’s where the shift begins. 📖 For next week: Please read: - Puzzles - Climate Change - Dry January, February…December and Beyond - As you read, just notice: - What feels familiar - What brings something up for you - What you might be ready to look at a little differently We’ll unpack it all together next time. I’d love to hear from you before our next call: What was one moment from this week’s reading or conversation that really stuck with you? 💬

A real-life “practice what I preach” moment
Hey beautiful souls, I want to share something with you in real time, because this is exactly the work we do in here. I was supposed to host my Find Your Version of Bliss workshop tonight. But after a medical procedure yesterday, I woke up today feeling dizzy, running a fever, and just not fully myself. And I had that moment… Do I push through and “be dependable”? Or do I honor what my body is asking for? I’ll be honest, the old version of me would have pushed through without even questioning it. But that’s not who I am anymore. So I made the decision to move the workshop to next Wednesday, April 1, at 7 PM CT. Not because it was the easy choice, but because it was the aligned one. This is what it looks like to: - listen to your body - release the pressure to perform - and trust that honoring yourself is not letting people down It’s actually leading by example. And next week, I’m going to teach this exact moment inside the workshop… how to make decisions like this without guilt or over-explaining. If you want to join us the link is set up in the calendar right here on Skool. For now, I want to ask you: Where in your life are you pushing through when you actually need support or rest? You don’t have to earn your pause. I’m resting today, and I’ll see you all very soon feeling much more like me again. Jen

@Wendy Carlson I am so sorry, I just saw your comment. Yes, it does work because it's the points you are tapping on that help calm your nervous system It's a tool, so like anything else if you believe it works it will work better.
