Is it possible to connect a company phone number to Vapi so that customers recognize the number when you call them and also so that inbound (missed) calls get forwarded to an ai assistant?

Does vapi.ai support Dubai, UAE phone number for inbound and outbound calls, since Twilio does not provide UAE numbers currently. Thanks.
