How Let Clients Update Their Knowledge Base Without My Manual Effort?

Hi everyone! I’m in the process of launching a Voice AI agency and have just built my website. However, I realized I didn’t plan for one crucial thing: allowing clients to update their own basic settings (like knowledge bases, FAQs, or call flows) without needing me to do it manually every time.

This seems like a hassle for both me and my clients, so I’m looking for advice on how to solve this. Ideally, I’d love to set up a private member section on my website where clients can log in and make these changes themselves.

Does anyone know of an easy-to-implement solution or platform that doesn’t require heavy coding or a developer? Bonus points if it’s user-friendly for non-tech-savvy clients!
