How do I build a fully functioning restaurant AI tool

Hey everyone,

I am currently trying to build a tool which will act like a front desk server answer incoming calls, placing orders for pickup, aswell as booking them for time slots for dine in. I also need it to somehow connect with their already existing POS system. For example, customer calls and places an order, that order gets put through their POS system. Does anyone know how this can be done, any resources or recommendations as I am building this out for a friend.
