Perhaps at least 5 reps of clean muscle ups, 30 seconds of consistent handstand, at least 2 reps of clean HSPU and a minimal 5 seconds of full front lever. Most importantly I hope I get a full recovery from my left wrist and right tendons injury (yes, multiple joints)

I was training with the community on Saturday when a Caliversity athlete came up to me He asked me an interesting question: "Which is HARDER? The handstand push up or the muscle up?" I was intrigued by that question, and I want to KNOW WHAT YOU THINK So, which is HARDER, and why do you think so?

@Enoch Wong 100% agree. I already got my muscle up but still struggling with hand stand push up. Stabilising handstand itself already taken me more than a year

I was working on improving Caliversity(Skool) when my PC crashed last night. Monitor, keyboard and mouse DIED But PC and components were still running 1. Forced my pc to restart, didnt work 2. Tried to spam/hold the power button, didnt work 3. Cut off and turned on power source, didnt work 4. Searched up 4 methods on google and tried them, didnt work I ended up ordering a new pc that same night Today, I spent the whole day revamping my work station so I can continue bringing FREE value to you, Caliversity athletes and the Calisthenics community We will work towards bringing Caliversity to its greatest heights, providing a platform for newcomers to foster valuable relationships with people such as yourself while providing valuable information for absolutely FREE My new PC is estimated to arrive in another hour or two as I write this message, and as soon as it reaches, the improvements to Caliversity will continue. I hope you guys look forward to what I have for you all in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

Chances are either the processor, mainboard, RAM or graphic card died. Monitor, keyboard, mouse and your old HDD/SSD should be still working so yea old data can be extracted off from old PC
What is your FAVOURITE go-to source of protein?
Here's mine: 200g Chicken breast No salt, no seasoning, no sauce, no marinate Boiled for 15 minutes, eaten straight out of the pot. Some say I'm insane, but that's 60g of protein at 320kcal What's yours?
