šŸ’” Community learning the right way
The best way to learn is not by just passively consuming content. That's a very small and increseangly less important part of it, as information is getting more and more accessible. We learn more by interacting, facing problems and putting things into practice. That's why Plan Your Tech is taking this structured learning experiences through action oriented posts, that you can follow in the classroom. So it's not about just consuming. It's about taking action, interacting, asking questions, getting feedback at your work and celebrating your wins. The Community Basics Bootcamp goes over everything I learned about community building, not only here, but by managing communities in different platforms for big influencers for over 2 years now. The Social Presence and Process Optimization ones are made for those who want to get their online businesses to another level, by being everywhere they can and automating and improving their process while doing that. In addition to that, you can contribute to our community by sharing your expertize. @Altaf Sayyed is hosting a cours about SEO, that you can check here. The course will be broken down in small, actionable posts, much like my bootcamp. He already made one post and there are more coming soon. You can arrange a free SEO check with him here. @Kevin Karanja is very active at Plan Your Tech and we're already talking about organizing a similar learning experience around design. if you want to share any expertize you have here and become a featured expert in my community to help people thrive in their business using technolog the right way, reach out to me here or in the DMs so we can organize a collaboration opportunity and turn this community into the number 1 place for people to figure out their tech.

I’m Exploring a New Way to Support Serious Group Owners — I’d Love Your Thoughts
I’ve been thinking a lot about how to better support CLASSIFIEDS members who are actively growing their Skool groups and who want more than a place to post - specifically, more visibility, stronger relationships, and meaningful opportunities to collaborate. šŸ—ŗļø I’m exploring the idea of a small, curated cohort for group owners who are committed to helping each other grow in practical, generous ways. If you’ve been part of a mastermind before, this might look a little different from what you’re picturing, and that’s intentional. 🧭 Here’s the rough direction I’m considering: - A very small group (intentionally capped around 10-15) - Members who are actively growing paid or monetized groups - Monthly, facilitated sessions focused on: collaboration, cross-promotion, and reciprocal teaching/sharing - Opportunities for members to be featured or highlighted publicly through interviews or collaborations šŸ’µ This wouldn’t be a traditional coaching program or a hot-seat-heavy mastermind. The value would come from: - The people in the room - The relationships formed - And the collective momentum created through collaboration It also wouldn’t be for everyone, and that’s by design. The goal would be quality, alignment, and follow-through, not scale. šŸ’• I’d love your input on one thing (no pressure to answer everything although you can if you would like): - What part of this sounds most valuable to you? - What questions would you have if you were considering something like this? - If you’ve never joined a small cohort like this before, what would help you understand whether it’s a good fit? There’s nothing to ā€œopt intoā€ yet, I’m simply gathering perspective as I shape the idea. Thank you for being part of this community and for helping me build things that actually serve the people here. I'm really excited about this next chapter! šŸŽ‰

I am fairly new here. Have a community of about 35 members.Mostly silent. I am thinking of starting a new one, but I would make it paid for the reason that you join it because you want to not because , well it’s free. So yes I can see participating in your project.

@Shannon Boyer My subject matter is ā€˜Self Empowerment, Self Confidence, as it concerns building a business , and help people rise up to their potential- be in business or personal. I have seen many other personal coaches who work on fitness- work with personal well being and many other forms of it. I think it could be great to collaborate with other coaches. ( I am just mentioning). Also as a recent retired entrepreneur, I think there is a market for many , entrepreneurial and professional retirees who can join (my) group. To interact/ help out with certain subjects and keep busy.
Building Your Personal Brand
Building Your Brand Series Inspired by my podcast ā€œ14 Elements of Building a Brand,ā€ I’m sharing daily Skool posts on each element to help you level up your personal brand. These are simple, bite-sized insights to get you thinking and acting. Let’s dive in! Day 1: Know Who You Are And Aren’t Building your brand starts with self-awareness. Define what makes you unique and what doesn’t align with your vibe. This clarity helps you attract the right opportunities and avoid spreading yourself thin—like owning your expertise in one area instead of trying to be everything to everyone. What’s one thing you know you’re NOT? Share below! Listen to the podcast episode for deeper dives.
