Yep, my two-year-old daughter is absolutely obsessed with Frozen 🥶 It’s actually become quite beautiful and funny. Yesterday her and I were in the checkout line at Woolworths, and while we were waiting, she was just singing up a storm. Let it go Let it go Don’t hold me back any more🎤🎶 This is no longer annoying. These are beautiful memories that I’ll never forget. If you ever want to be grateful for what you’ve got in life, watching your two-year-old Let it Go surrounded by people is the way to get it done.

Hi everyone 👋 I’m Ash, and while some of you may know me as Dave’s wife, I’m also a digital marketer and proud supporter of this new community, Crew Fusion Academy. This has been Dave’s vision for over 9 years to create a space where leadership, workplace safety, psychological safety, and team performance come together in a practical, real-world way. He’s poured so much of his experience and passion into building something that can truly help people lead better, safer, and stronger teams. I’ve had the privilege of watching this idea grow from conversations at the kitchen table to a fully-fledged platform and now, seeing it come to life here is something I’m really excited about. I’ll be here in the background cheering him on, supporting the community where I can, and making sure his message reaches the people and organisations who need it most. We’re both looking forward to seeing Crew Fusion Academy grow, and we’re grateful to have you here at the very start of this journey. 🫶 Ash
