I’ve been running my agency since 2023 and over time I’ve tested tons of different outreach systems. Most of them were super complicated to set up, inconsistent, constantly breaking down for one reason or another… and on top of that, they were also expensive. I’d often lose weeks or even months without a single appointment, constantly fixing or tweaking things. So I wanted to ask: What’s the most reliable appointment booking system you've seen that actually generates a good volume of appointments consistently, without needing crazy amounts of maintenance? I have been cold calling in GHL and although I don't see it as expensive it still doesn't make sense for me to be paying $105/month + $25/month for cold calling leads since I am still not making any income from the business YET ofc. I know skype is a cheaper option but still... I have been thinking of starting some linkedin outreach since I feel like it would also help me build some authority in my niche by optimizing my linkedin account but let me know what other outreach methods are out there? I guess, Twilio restricted the sub-account that under an agency account due to High-Opt rates back-to-back, which affected the LC Phone. (because the LC Phone is White-Labled Twilio).
