Appointment Booking Issues
I’ve been running my agency since 2023 and over time I’ve tested tons of different outreach systems. Most of them were super complicated to set up, inconsistent, constantly breaking down for one reason or another… and on top of that, they were also expensive.
I’d often lose weeks or even months without a single appointment, constantly fixing or tweaking things.
So I wanted to ask: What’s the most reliable appointment booking system you've seen that actually generates a good volume of appointments consistently, without needing crazy amounts of maintenance?
Let’s say budget isn’t an issue what would your ideal appointment setting structure look like?
