Checklist: I eat half masala biscuit with tea Mobility ✅ Mindful eating ✅ I try my best breakfast peanut butter banana sandwich one boil egg and flax seed ladu Lunch 2 beef kabab one roti and carrot and cucumber and orange Diner 2 boiled eggs some green salad one cup warm milk with ashwagandha Steps 5K Gratitude ✅ AlhamduliALLAH me and my family eat tummy full food. I am happy my daughter doing good in school. I am thankful to Allah for a beautiful day I spend with my family.

@Marium Ahmer flax seeds peanuts almond pumkin seeds char maghz and few other dry fruits bhi daly thy I dry rost all of them grind and made these ladu balls

Checklist: Protein ✅ Breakfast 2 eggs cheese omelette one flaxseed ladu Lunch kichdi one beef kabab some yougurt and carrot and cucumber Diner chicken wrap 2 cup of chai Stretch ✅ Mid morning and evening 2 cup chai one biscuit Walk ✅ Steps✅ Gratitude I am happy for my husband he pray 5 times in day at any cost. I am grateful my children go school. I am thankful to Allah He made me a complete human with all body parts and abilities.
