AI Images on Instagram
Do these have a place on your feed or would they immediately discredit and disqualify you?

@Jonas Kamendorius I got Higgsfield for fun which is why I asked. I think those close to me would be able to see through the AI photos
AI and visualization
Using AI to make my ideal self more concrete in my mind has helped with the actions I take daily. I have an image from it on my whiteboard and have watched the video enough that I am reprogramming to identify it as me. If I’m about to make a decision that doesn’t align with that image I reflexively notice the quiet voice in my head nudging me “hey, that’s not who you are”. Makes it a lot easier to stay on track. Take advantage of tools to brainwash yourself. You are more mailable than you think so might as well steer the ship yourself. Yeah, I know the vid is corny, but if it works 👍🏻

I've also been messing around with AI for entertainment but I think AI images and VR have a real place for performing identity level work. The book PsychoCybernetics the author says that your brain can't discern between reality and a thought that is vividly imagined. And he delves into self esteem and how some people come out of plastic surgery going into upward spiral and some still have low self esteem.
Timeblocking planner: 30 minute intervals
Your time is extremely valuable and you are probably pissing most of it away. Most people can barely sit still and meditate for 20 minutes and when they do they realize how long 30 minutes actually is when they are aware. When you are unconscious you forget how precious time is and it disappears. Use this 30 minute time blocking template to see exactly where your time goes and confront how inefficient you actually are. Print it out track honestly and take control of your day. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IVZaQStomZAD7VnutkOdM5q3i9Tk1i9JJEh3CUNNaPU/edit?usp=sharing

@Felix Urbanek I also heard many people talk about it. In college, there was a tailored timeblocker for class times to help with attendance. Elon Musk said he blocks down to 15 minutes. Hormozi recommended timeblocking if "I don't have enough time" is a limiting belief/excuse. And the book The ONE Thing by Gary Keller also discusses timeblocking and prioritizing your ONE THING on your timeblock. It has a really good section on how to go about it!
Advice other than “stop being a bitch”
there’s a Sartainism that I keep thinking about, which is “you’re not depressed you’re just a bitch.” while this may be true, It might not actually be helpful to many people who are facing potentially diagnosable mental problems. So I want to hear from y’all what actionable advice you would give to people here who have depression and/or anxiety. Here few tips that I hear a lot, so that we don’t get a bunch of the same answers in the comments. - eat healthy - Work out regularly - Get good sleep - Practice some kind of meditation or mindfulness

Do martial arts/BJJ, you’ll get community, workout, and skill progression all in one. Actionable advice depends on what’s causing the anxiety/depression
2026 HealthKick
I’m doubling down on my health this year by installing systems, not chasing hype. Sharing this because it’s genuinely moved the needle for me. The list below is ranked by impact. 1) IFBB pro bodybuilding coach: She's programmed my nutrition, lifts, BJJ, and cardio. I'm no longer sitting at my desk researching and optimizing endlessly. I'm executing. I fed her my goal (aesthetic physique, V-taper, and visible abs) and she made the plan, end of the story. 2) Learning to cook like a bodybuilder: I cook chicken and rice in my instant pot. I cook the ground beef in an inch of water in a pot. No oil. Recovery and health have never been better, makes me question why I haven't been doing this my whole life. 3) Joined BJJ: Plan to go 3x per week. Fires your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight), makes everything else easier in life, and makes you feel like a total bad ass even if you get whooped all day. And its a fun cool sport. Also boosts T. 4) Pill Counter labeled with days: I had bottles of supplements sitting around, now I take my multi, fishoil, vit D, ect daily and consistently. 5) Red Light Therapy: Acts on mitochondrial level so there are numerous benefits that made me curious. Literature says its good for skin, healing, energy, muscle recovery, ect. Biggest thing I've noticed is fresh younger looking skin. It's also fun to do. 6) White Light Therapy: Help regulate circadian rhythm and blast my retina with a signal to wake up which helps overcome these gloomy cloudy Chicago days with only 4 hours of sunlight. Noticed a difference right away. 7) Haven't implemented this yet but planning to phase out products for healthier alternatives. Soaps, shampoos, body washes can have endocrine disrupting chemicals. These bind to your estrogen receptors which feminizes you. Also getting rid of these premade protein shakes sadly (I drink Premier protein and it tastes sooo good). They have a crap ton of artificial sweeteners and carrageen which has been used in lab setting to induce IBD/Colitis/Gut inflammation. CBUM's RAW looks like its ok, but better to just use whey powder. Chronic disease doesn't show up until its too late.

@Yevgeny Pustilnik You said "if you smell its because your inside is rotten not because you sweat". This is false. You said "i dont know which hygiene products arent toxic other than ones you make yourself". Just because you don't know, doesn't mean they are ALL toxic.
