Reflections...
(Someone else shared this and it was really good. You know 2026 is here pretty much if you like to reflect.. enjoy. If not.. ignore 💟) Simple truth: Your thoughts shape your emotional state. Your emotional state shapes your behavior. Your behavior compounds into identity. This exercise is about interrupting unconscious patterns and deliberately architecting the self you are becoming. PART 1: PATTERN AWARENESS (What is no longer neutral) Answer without justification or storytelling. • What patterns, habits, or dynamics consistently drain my energy, clarity, or self-respect? • Where do I repeatedly override my own boundaries, intuition, or standards? • What do I keep rationalizing that is quietly costing me more than I admit? Write the patterns plainly. No spiritualizing. No blame. Awareness is power. PART 2: BELIEF AUDIT (Thoughts that quietly run the show) For each pattern above, ask: • What belief is keeping this in place? • What do I assume would happen if I stopped this behavior or dynamic? • Is that belief factual, or is it familiar? Then ask the most important question: • Who would I have to become to no longer need this belief? This is where identity shifts begin. PART 3: LETTING GO AS A DECISION (Not an emotion) Letting go is not waiting to feel ready. It is choosing coherence over comfort. Journal on this: • What am I choosing to complete, release, or close the door on as this year ends? • What am I no longer available for in my body, relationships, leadership, or self-talk? • What does “clean and grounded” actually look like in my daily life? Be specific. Vagueness keeps old cycles alive. PART 4: ARCHITECTING THE SELF (Intentional identity design) Now we move forward. Complete these statements slowly: • The version of me I am committing to becoming this year values __________. • She/he protects her energy by __________. • She/he makes decisions from __________, not from __________. • When faced with discomfort, she /hechooses __________. Then ask:

Coherence is living in right relation with self, when what we instinctively find ourselves doing supports principles we think matter. This is adavncing one's purpose - but whisper it out there. Those who would teach that they alone know what purpose is are many and like most of us don't like their realities questioned.
Your 2026 Blueprint: Build a World, Not Just a Niche 🚀
Forget the endless debate about finding the "perfect" niche. As we start 2026, let's talk about a more powerful, freeing, and profitable approach: Building a Mission-Based World. This isn't about boxing yourself into a single topic. It's about becoming a leader people follow because of the future you help them see. The Core Choice: Topic vs. Mission - Topic-Based: You pick an audience and a skill (e.g., "web design for coaches"). It's clear but can feel limiting and box you in. - Mission-Based: You build a world around a core purpose. Your content, products, and community all guide people toward that future. This is what creates true leaders. Your 4-Step Mission Launchpad (Do This Now) Here’s how to build your mission-based world this year: 1. Find Your "Enemy" to Attack. What way of life are you helping people escape or avoid? For this community, it's the soul-crushing 9-5 grind, the paralysis of procrastination, trading time for money. Clarity here creates passion. 2. Create the "Identity" You Offer. Who do people become by following you? They step into the identity of the "Unleashed Founder," the "Proof-Driven Creator," the "Profitable Solopreneur." Your mission name should hint at this transformation. 3. Build a "World" for People to Explore.Your business is a universe. Your long-form content (YouTube/podcast) are the feature films. Your short-form (TikTok/Reels) are the spin-off series. Your community and offers are the places they get to live inside that world. Be consistent so people can binge and belong. 4. Master the 80/20 Content Rule. 80% "WHY," 20% "HOW." People don't scroll to learn a skill; they scroll feeling a problem. Your content must first speak to the pain, the desire, the identity shift (the WHY). The tactical "how-to" becomes valuable to them only after you've made them care. Your mission for 2026 isn't a niche, it's the world you're building. It’s the antidote to the "enemy" and the pathway to a new identity for your people.

I'd like to teach the world to sing... no, wait. Someone already has that one. Let me think... I know: I'm building a way for people to definitely know themselves, their direction in life, and the advantage they have.

So, I’ve set up a voluntary donation option (from $12+) in the Skool classroom for those who feel moved to contribute. This is entirely optional—your enthusiastic participation is the greatest gift. This sprint is happening. I'm doing it to build my own content engine, and I would LOVE nothing more than to get energized alongside you. @Niki Weiss She's the BEST... 😘
What's my purpose?
How do you find your purpose? Is it your 9-to-5 job? If so, that's great, right? But if not, what then? Is it your hobby? That's great, but how do you turn a hobby into a job or a business? Is it something you are passionate about? Just like a hobby, can you really turn your passion into a job or a business? People like Steve Harvey say that your purpose is related to your gift. He says that everyone is born with a gift, every single person, and that your gift is something that you do "naturally", without thinking, without effort, without really having to work hard at it... it just comes to you easily. Sometimes or often, you are surprised that other people can't "do it" like you can. Other people, such as Simon Sinek, say that your purpose is related to your "Why". He proposes to ask your best friend (and it must be a friend and not a spouse nor a family member, even though they might be your best friend) why they are friends with you. He says that this question might make your friend stumble with their answer, at first, but eventually, they will get to what it is specifically that you bring to their own lives, and that is your "why". And finally, there are people like Tony Robbins or Dean Graziosi who suggest that we have multiple purposes, sometimes simultaneously in our lives, and sometimes at different times, which are related to our values and beliefs. And that you have to dig deep inside of you and/or ask why you do something and go 7 levels deep (basically ask "Why?" 7 times) to get to your heart's or your soul's "why". I believe that your purpose, your why, your gift is something that drives you without you needing to drive it. It is something that you want to learn more about without needing to be motivated to learn more about it. It is something that wakes you up at night and puts a smile on your face. It is the first thing you think about in the morning and the last thing on your mind before you fall asleep. It is what others say you're good at, and to you, it is nothing or easy or "natural".

What is purpose? Many ask that one, more each year, for as life gets less reliant on dawn to dusk labour merely to stay alive, idle, thinking minds want something to occupy themselves. My stance on “purpose,” since the debate never dies, is this: Most people talk about purpose as if it’s a buried relic we’re meant to “find.” I don’t buy that. Purpose is not a mystical core, or a pre-loaded mission, or a single sentence you discover after enough soul-searching. Purpose is a construct created by a mind that asks “What for?” living inside a culture that expects life to mean something. Once you see that, the noise around purpose goes quiet. In Eutelia, we treat it mechanically, not mystically: Purpose is the way a person upholds the values they care about, through the patterns of action their instincts actually drive. No magic. No destiny. Just the fusion of what you protect and how you move. A few things follow on from this: 1. Purpose isn’t fixed. Values evolve. Context shifts. So the way you uphold them evolves too. 2. Purpose isn’t hiding. It’s already visible in what you repeatedly do when you’re not trying to impress anyone. 3. “Mission” is just a period where a specific value needs extra defence or expression. Not a cosmic assignment. So instead of asking “What is my purpose?” the more reliable questions are: - What value am I trying to uphold here? - Which instinctive move did I make first when I responded? - How do those two combine into this behaviour I keep repeating? That’s where purpose becomes concrete. Not inspirational. Practical. I’ll share the full Eutelia definition and process soon. It’s sharper than anything I’ve seen in these debates and doesn’t rely on intuition or mythology. If you want a purpose you can actually use, not just admire, the mechanics matter. My purpose: It's developing strategies that will help people build more fulfiilling lives.
