Sabrina says: Do Tik Tok!
Please watch the Youtube video for the full hands-on tutorial. (These are her words) 1. Why Tiktok? I agree with Gary Vee on this one… 🤡Tiktok remains the #1 social platform in the world and the only platform where A SINGLE post can dramatically transform your life/business overnight.🤡 It's also the best platform for new creators because you don't get punished for posting multiple times per day. This means you can post multiple times daily, collecting the data you need faster to iterate on what's working. TikTok teaches you how to be a good creator faster than if you were to start on other platforms. Because you get more reps in. More feedback, faster. So you can double down on what’s working. And Tiktok does not care how many current followers you have. Every single post gets a fair shot at virality, even if you have ZERO followers today. 2. Which AI Tool Should I Use? It does NOT matter which AI tool you use. There is no right one. Honestly, you don’t need AI when you’re just starting out. 🤡The most important thing is consistency over a long time horizon. I don’t want to recommend any specific AI tool and imply it guarantees success.🤡 In my YouTube tutorial, I’ll show you how to use ChatGPT for free to help write hooks and scripts. But it is NOT a magic bullet. You must still put in the work, lots of trial and error, pushing through moments of self-doubt. However, I assure you it is 1000% worth it. My background is tech and I laughed off “influencer” stuff for a long time. But I was wrong. Creating content is an incredible source of leverage (for my own projects) and an incredible opportunity to serve/teach millions of people around the world. 3. But what if my audience isn’t on TikTok? I still encourage starting with TikTok even if you don’t think your audience is on it because of question #1 one above. 🤡 TikTok teaches you to be a good content creator faster than any other platform.🤡With that said, you’re probably mistaken believing nobody in your audience is on TikTok.

He wrote & it's too raw and interesting not to share: Hey— 32-hours of travel and 14 re-watches of Moana later, and we finally made it back to Sydney— another harrowing trip across the world to visit my family in the books. Keeping two kids and two adults contained in three tiny airplane seats took a heroic effort. Let's just say I got side-eyed by a lot of passengers for my decision to let our toddler crawl barefoot back-and-forth to the bathroom. As amazing as it was to spend time with family, it feels good to be back home. But I’ve been having a problem ever since. It's a problem I've faced off and on as a creator ever since I started, especially after taking a break. 𝗜𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻. On a scale of self-doubt to self-confidence, I'm somewhere beyond self-doubt and deep into self-destruction. My recent texts to Nat pretty much sum it up: "𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗵, 𝗜'𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝗿𝘂𝘁. 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗜'𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱. 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁." I went on to dump all my feelings on her. It feels like I've put out nothing in months. No social content, no podcasts, very few YouTube videos. And I'm uninspired by the current video I'm working on, which is now three days past deadline. The worst part: it doesn't even feel like it matches the direction I want to take the channel, so finishing the last few hours of editing feels like torture. But that’s just the starter. The main course is about to be served: the spiral. It starts with frustration. Then a few others join the party: anxiety, envy, self-pity... And regret. I've been thinking about the past decade since starting my YouTube channel and all the things I wish I'd done differently. There were so many opportunities I missed and decisions I should (or shouldn’t) have made. I should have focused more on making better videos. I shouldn't have hired so many people. Back then I was one of YouTube’s “Creators on the Rise” (I’ve got a screenshot on an old hard drive to prove it). Now it feels like I’m just a washed-up creator, repeating the same old lines into a different camera.

Are You Living in an AI Bubble?
We spend so much time inside the AI bubble that I think we forget something important: Most of the world is still trying to figure out how to use AI for everyday life. @Aubrey Kerr (the podcast we recorded today!!!) Executives, managers, and professionals are not really actually using AI right now. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘴. 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘵𝘴. They’re using it to: • 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘬𝘪𝘥𝘴 • 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘱𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 + 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴 • 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵 𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘣𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 • 𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘴• 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘴 • 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲, 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗧 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹, 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀, 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻-𝗼𝗳𝗳, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗜. Which means… There is a MASSIVE gap between where AI creators are… and where most humans actually are. I honestly think many of us in this community are in the top 2% of adoption. And because we’re so deep in it, we start believing: “ᴇᴠᴇʀʏᴏɴᴇ ᴀʟʀᴇᴀᴅʏ ᴋɴᴏᴡꜱ ᴛʜɪꜱ.” “ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ’ꜱ ɴᴏᴛʜɪɴɢ ʟᴇꜰᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴍᴏɴᴇᴛɪᴢᴇ.” “ᴛʜᴇ ᴍᴀʀᴋᴇᴛ ɪꜱ ꜱᴀᴛᴜʀᴀᴛᴇᴅ.” I don’t think that’s true at all. I think the world is still 2-5 years behind in many ways. Which means there are still enormous opportunities to help simplify people’s lives, work, communication, organization, decisions, and daily overwhelm. You are probably sitting on skills that feel “basic” to you now…… but would completely change someone else’s day. So here’s the question: What are you making “𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱” that people actually need made simpler?

@Jason Smith Would you teach what you know about AI for $$ or too busy?

@Jason Smith Ouuuuuuu SO true! well said.. So many people are "afraid" to start using it but it's really that simple!
🚨 YouTube just dropped 3 huge updates this week
YouTube just had one of its biggest weeks of 2026. Three changes dropped that completely shift how your videos get found, how much money you make, and how people actually watch you. 1️⃣ "Ask YouTube" AI search is here (well, it's coming lol) YouTube launched a ChatGPT-style search bar (currently in beta). It's where you type a question → get a written answer → with the EXACT clip from a video that proves it. What this means: YouTube can now pull a 45-second segment from inside your video and serve it as the answer to someone's search. ✅ The pro: YouTube might pick YOUR clip, for free. 🚨 The con: If your videos have no chapters, you're invisible to this new search. Action this week: Add chapter titles to your videos 2️⃣ YouTube Premium just had its biggest growth quarter EVER Google reported earnings on April 29: - YouTube ad revenue: $9.88 BILLION last quarter (up 11%) - 350 million people now pay for Premium - Premium grew faster than any time since it launched in 2018 - YouTube paid creators $100+ BILLION over the last 4 years What this means: Premium viewers watch LONGER, DEEPER content. They're the highest-paying audience on the platform. If you're a coach, consultant, or expert creator this is YOUR boom. Action this week: Plan ONE long-form video (15+ min) on average premium viewers prefer depth. 3️⃣ Picture-in-Picture going FREE worldwide That little floating video window when you swipe to your phones main lock screen... It used to be Premium-only outside the U.S. Now: free for everyone. Globally. And it's going to be rolling out over the next few months. What this means: People will listen to your videos like a podcast way more, screen off, multitasking, half-paying-attention. Action this week: SAY the visuals out loud. Don't make people stare at the screen to follow along. @Aubrey Kerr 👀

I believe ambitious over-thinkers who want profit & freedom should design systems that makes action inevitable not wait for motivation/clarity first.
