The Plant-Powered Kitchen Club is growing — and with that, I’ve made a small but meaningful update to how the membership is structured so it can support you even better. The club now has three clear tiers, based on how much support you want right now: 🌱 Free Community Stay connected, learn, and explore with access to the community and select resources. 🥗 Premium This is where the heart of the food content lives: Weekly plant-based recipes, meal plans, and tools to make eating well feel doable and consistent. ✨ VIP For those ready to go deeper: Longevity-focused education, lifestyle habits, live sessions, and real implementation beyond food. Nothing was taken away. This simply allows me to deliver more clarity, more intention, and more depth at each level. I’ll always clearly label where content lives, and you can move between tiers anytime. New Recipes + A Simple Tea Guide Are Live ✨ (Week of Dec 22nd)
Hi lovelies. This week’s recipe drop is live, and this one feels especially supportive for this time of year. These recipes were created to keep things simple, grounding, and nourishing when life feels busy and a little full. Nothing complicated. Just meals and snacks you can actually make and enjoy. Here’s what’s new inside the Recipe Hub for Premium + VIP members 👇 🥘 Easy Maple Garlic Tempeh Skillet Savory, lightly sweet, and super satisfying. This is a great one-pan dinner to throw together on a busy night and enjoy over rice or quinoa. 🥙 Mediterranean Chickpea Salad Wraps Fresh, no-cook, and perfect for quick lunches. These are easy to prep ahead and keep things light but filling. 🍫 Peanut Butter Trail Bars A simple, no-bake snack that holds together well and is great for busy days when you need steady energy without overthinking it. Along with the recipes, I also added a Functional Tea Basics cheat sheet this week. One of our lovely members, @Chastity Cortijo, asked a great question about tea, and it felt like the perfect time to create something simple you can actually use. This guide walks you through which teas can support digestion, stress, energy, sleep, immune health, skin health, and cholesterol without making it feel overwhelming. You’ll find everything organized inside the Recipe Hub, plus nutrition insights and easy swaps so you can make these work for your life. 🎧 Be sure to listen to the voice note I added too.
