Day 2 insights
Today we joined Track 3 Strengthening Social & Environmental Impact Through Inner-Led Change hosted and designed by The Inner Green Deal. Many Powerful stories on our interconnectedness and what this truly means for our continued flourishing individually but more importantly together. This was a day with one participatory interaction and the rest was a lot of listening. My biggest Ah-ha was about the work done be mobileschool.org with street kids - there are 150 million of them! Where were you on Day 2? What did you watch? What insights can you share? We tried to do a « live » yesterday but somehow the tech didn’t come through 😞 Know that we’re sitting with you and send our love 💕 I also want to share this article written by our dear colleague @Paco Briseño reflecting on the impactful sound bites from Day 1 https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/we-river-new-idg-guide-call-regenerate-from-within-paco-brise%C3%B1o-4bbif?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&utm_campaign=share_via

Dear Nadene, thank you for sharing. I participated online in track 1 which was also very rich. I was especially touched by Susan Goldworthy opening a beautiful space of inner polarties. Looking forward to many exchanges on the Summit experiences 💚
AI and Education - A revolution
Google just quietly changed how we learn forever... "Learn Your Way" isn't another AI chatbot. It's what happens when education finally stops pretending everyone learns the same way. Pick your grade and interests → AI builds your personal curriculum. Love space? → Physics comes wrapped in rocket science. Learning to code? → Starts where you actually are. 🔹 Multiple formats that actually work - read when focused, listen while commuting, mind maps when you need the big picture 🔹 Quizzes that adapt to what sticks and what doesn't (no more generic multiple choice torture) 🔹 Examples that match YOUR interests, not some textbook writer's assumptions 🔹 Audio mode that turns dead time into learning time This means that a child in rural Kenya with a phone now has the same personalised tutor as someone at Stanford. Try it out here with a young mind, for free: https://lnkd.in/dFZFxzQP The real disruption isn't the technology. It's that personalised education—once reserved for the wealthy—becomes accessible to anyone with internet. We spent centuries building one-size-fits-all education. Google just proved that was the compromise, not the solution. Because when AI can adapt to how each brain learns best, standardised education becomes as outdated as teaching everyone to be blacksmiths.

3️⃣ amazing projects will be showcased on the Summit stage
Proyecto Ánkyra from Argentina: In Argentina, a teenager dies by suicide every 20 hours, while millions worldwide also face loneliness, anxiety, depression, and loss of purpose. "Contribuir" is not just a name but a living verb—an interschool incubation program of human vocation and community leadership where inner development becomes a path to inspire, empower, and humanize young people so they can flourish together and regenerate the ecosystems they are part of. Taiwan Kaohsiung IDG Hub for SDGs: Integrating IDG and SDG for an I.D.E.A.L. and sustainable planet from a higher education institute. Chia Wang, an aerosol scientist came to comprehend that everything is connected from the molecular level, and each of us belongs to a part of the Oneness. This complexity awareness, and appreciation of the close connectedness inspired the integration of the IDGs with the SDGs, aiming to bridge polarities, break boundaries, and re-establish an I.D.E.A.L. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Appreciation, Love) and sustainable planet for the benefits of ALL! Boston IDG Hub: How Inner Development is Defending and Renewing American Democracy. The New Politics Academy recruits servant leaders–military vets and alumni of civilian service programs including Americorps and PeaceCorps-to run for elected office. Their approach is grounded in inner development, and it is shaping the resistance to authoritarianism in America. It was VERY challenging for us* to choose three projects among the 40 projects and it has been incredibly inspiring to see all the amazing work that is being done around the world. *( @Pontus Holmgren @Erica Harpe @Ritu Rana and yours truly @Nadene Canning ) Thankfully a platform for showcasing stories from the field to integrate in the Summit digital platform. https://idgstories.com Many submissions came from our amazing community!

Thank you for organising this session and @Maria Grazia Testa for the introduction to the method - I would love to dive a bit deeper, maybe you could share a casestudy so it becomes a bit more concrete.
PLEASE REPLY: Forming workgroups for our challenges
Hello ID@work Community, Thank you to everyone who joined yesterday’s connection call! It was truly inspiring to hear from each of you and to feel the collective energy towards creating impactful change together. Your active participation is exactly what makes this community so unique and powerful. One key outcome from our call was a strong interest in 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬. These groups will each focus on a 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 that were identified in your onboarding responses – the very challenges that many of us are working to address in our own organizations and with clients. 𝐄𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. If you feel drawn to a particular category, 🅿🅻🅴🅰🆂🅴 "🆁🅴🅿🅻🆈 🆃🅾 🆃🅷🅴 🅲🅾🅼🅼🅴🅽🆃" 🅾🅵 🆃🅷🅰🆃 🅲🅰🆃🅴🅶🅾🆁🆈 to indicate your interest in becoming an 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 member of that group. 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: Our community thrives on reciprocity – it’s about both taking and giving. By actively contributing, you not only benefit from the support and insights of others but also enrich our shared knowledge base, helping us all advance the ID@work mission. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥: Each working group will collaborate to create a pitch or presentation that helps all of us address these challenges with our clients. The outcomes will be shared with all active members to amplify the impact of our work. You are also welcome to join more than one working group if you feel inspired to contribute in multiple areas! Looking forward to seeing where we’ll take this journey together! 🌍
