Tues, May 19, 12pm EST: What Your Gut Tells Your Brain This one is going to be really good. We're talking about the gut-brain connection and simple ways to support both through food. Tues, May 26, 12pm EST: Live Cooking Class We'll cook a simple plant-based meal together. Focus on structure, balance, and making it something you can actually repeat. What's been happening in the community • This week we talked about seasonal eating, and I shared some meal prep ideas for the week. • I'm dropping new recipes this week too, including a dense bean salad.
