Today routine
Actually I am busy so I can't update my routine. I eat one boiled egg with one bowl oats for breakfast in lunch I eat one chapati with kaalay chanay. and now I dinner with salad bowl. And I skipped the workout but I walk for 3000 steps.
Lunch time
I did lunch with one plate mix sabzi with medium size chapati.

Today I take first step to get lost weight. I get up at 9:00 a.m. and did this workout this is 22 minute but I did it for 18 minute I know that it is start and I should able to complete this in future.

My Routine for Weight loss.
Morning Breakfast: One bowl milk with chia seeds and two tablespoons oats. with one boil egg.. After breakfast I drink Qahwa with ingredients of Ajwain, Cinnamon, Moringa powder. In lunch I eat one small size chapati with any random curry made in home. In night I skipped my meal as I did Intermittent fasting. and drink only qahwa and if need one cup milk. I have not time for workout and walking. Is this routine helpful for me to weight loss..I am 81 kg with 5'4 height. Or I change something from this. I want to lose weight in 3 months @Laraib Awais
