My Routine for Weight loss.
Morning Breakfast: One bowl milk with chia seeds and two tablespoons oats. with one boil egg.. After breakfast I drink Qahwa with ingredients of Ajwain, Cinnamon, Moringa powder. In lunch I eat one small size chapati with any random curry made in home. In night I skipped my meal as I did Intermittent fasting. and drink only qahwa and if need one cup milk. I have not time for workout and walking. Is this routine helpful for me to weight loss..I am 81 kg with 5'4 height. Or I change something from this. I want to lose weight in 3 months @Laraib Awais
