Solved - Instant Trigger from Google Form
I built one automation where students submit the zoom session recording in the google form for a coaching institute owner with 850 students. The trigger was google form but it doesn't have any make instant trigger like google sheet. Here is what I found to have an instant trigger from Google Form. The reality is that noone pays without seeing the results. Building such complex automaton is one thing and getting people use it another. If I were you, I would get at least two business to use it for FREE in exchange of real customer feedback, see the actual number on conversion and decide the price. Real estate is a super high ticket industry. Just one deal is enough to pay for entire automation.

@Yash Maheshwari the cost is your hourly rate now + 100 bucks for subscription. I think, you meant price. Price is cost + margin traditionally but in AI this formulae doesn't work as the new formulae is price is about value. To understand value, we need data and to get data, we need real customers. Hence I suggested working backwards approach. Comparing with others and my exp in market, This can be priced between 1000-3000 USD

Hey @Nathan Huynh , what a timing. I had my target to add this feature on my outbound caller today :-) I watched full video. Here is my take. I think, introducing another tool adds to the complexity and points of failure from scalability point of view. Do you think, adding the call backtime with the phone no. to an excel sheet or make database would be a better choice? We can have another scenario getting triggered every 30 minutes to look for the excel sheet and call retell on the given phone no if the current time is as mentioned in the excel sheet. Offcourse, I need to test it but what do you think about the logic. The pros is that we can avoid another third party dependency. Do you see any cons ?

hi everyone, does anyone know how to connect retell to go high level. Once an inbound call is received i want it to send an end of call report and add the contact to the go high level. How do i do that?

@RaSheem Barnett Exactly. 20 calls limitation can be bypassed easily in make.com by putting a timer. In reality, this matters only for outbound calls. Retell has enterprise plan for high volume too @Mariela Slavenova
