Same here. Hope thing are going well again.
Niching advice
I know this group heavily focuses on niching down, and working with one sector/ industry. My original plan was to stick with that, but I have been getting a bunch of clients through referrals from friends in the digital industry. And would be stupid for me to not take the work on, as it is not difficult work. I have been working on standardising my product, and having the same processes for each client from on boarding to deliverables etc. To me it is not a problem at the moment, as I understand basic knowledge from each industry I work with. But fear from a scale perspective it can be a small problem. Although I do enjoy the variety, and understanding different businesses. What are your thoughts?

Don't turn down awesome referrals. Concentrate on your focused niche when advertising and promoting yourself.
Today's Group Call - Quick roundup
Thanks to those of you who came along to todays call, appreciate it. Here's a quick roundup of what was discussed. - Consider offering free work initially in your niche of interest to get case studies. Its not sexy advice but a short term sacrifice will pay for itself 100X over time. In other words, PROOF helps attract and sell. - Sales funnels should be designed into single step hops to simplify troubleshooting. Rather than dumping your VSL, calendar, case studies and everything else into one page - keep them seperate. - @Josh Dalton has replaced instant forms with a sales funnel survey in order to vet prospects before they're able to book a call. Well done Josh, be sure to share your funnel here in the group if you need help. - @Aaron Marquez is simplifying his service offerings (getting rid of stuff) in order to increase operational efficiency and improve focus - love this! - I reminded members that you have to focus on selling solutions, not services. YES - We will help you get highly qualified workplace injury cases, NO - We will do 5 blog posts and install Yoast. - I asked members to test the new AI prompt that should help fast track niche research. Give it a go and let me know what you think! - All lessons have now been moved into their appropriate modules HERE - I will be uploading more member interviews HERE over the next week or so - New lessons will be appearing daily, I will be notifying members via email once they go live. Two quick notes - - Future calls will be capped at 1 hour max. Last year calls were going over 2 hours in some cases which is far too long. - Dont forget there's another call on later this week. Check the calendar

Sorry I couldn't make it today. Had to take wife to see her busted leg doctor. The AI Prompt is a pretty cool tool!
