Hey guys,
I want to take a moment to share some thoughts with you all, as a reminder - don't start 2026 off by being overly agreeable and trying to accommodate desperate poor fit prospects.
Just in the past few days, I've received several emails -
"John, is there any chance you could do it a bit cheaper?"
"John, I can't afford it all up front, can you split the payments up over 12 months?"
"John, what if you use me as a case study instead of taking payment?"
My advice - push back, ignore, say no. The fastest way to struggle for another year is trying to save everyone else’s business while slowly destroying your own.
