🌿 Gentle Reset — Day 4: Make Healthy Easier
By now you may be noticing something important… Lasting change isn’t about doing more — it’s about making supportive choices easier. Decision fatigue is real. When we simplify routines, we reduce stress and make consistency more natural. Instead of trying to do everything, let’s focus on one anchor habit — something small that helps you feel grounded. ✨ Today’s tiny action: Choose ONE simple habit to repeat today. Examples: • Protein at your first meal • A short walk after meals • Drinking water before coffee • Pausing to breathe before eating • Going to bed a little earlier Small habits build big momentum. 💬 Check in below: What’s your anchor habit today? 💜 And if you’re just joining us — you’re welcome anytime. No catching up needed. 🎉 Reminder: We’ll celebrate wins and reflect together during our LIVE Gentle Reset wrap-up coaching tomorrow (Friday) at 11:30am CST. To join, go to the Calendar and click the event link — everyone is welcome.

@Brenda Chabot No, didnt feel any different. Just took a lot of mental work to not grab processed food that had refined sugar. But felt accomplished that I pulled it off. Lol

Welcome to Day 1 💜 In today’s video, I’m sharing an overview of what we’re focusing on this week — fat loss without extremes, building simple habits, and creating momentum in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. And we’re starting with one of the most powerful foundations: 👉 Protein. Getting enough protein helps support: ✔️ Stable energy ✔️ Reduced cravings ✔️ Muscle maintenance ✔️ A healthy metabolism ✔️ Feeling satisfied — not restricted ✨ Today’s tiny action: Add a protein source to your first or next meal — whatever feels doable. No perfection — just progress. 💬 Check in below: What protein are you adding today — or what’s your plan? I’m so glad you’re here — let’s build momentum together 💜 (Premium members — the Protein Toolkit and Blueprint are great companions this week if you want extra ideas and support.)

@Brenda Chabot really good. Fill full for a long time after that. Sometimes can do just a small protein like half a chicken breast for dinner and be good. Feel great waking up the next morning on that concoction!
✨ Day 4: Energy & Recovery — Movement That Restores ✨
Today, we’re talking about a mindset shift that surprises a lot of women: 👉 Not all movement should leave you exhausted. The goal isn’t to push harder every day — it’s to balance challenging workouts with restorative movement so your body can actually recover and build energy. Restorative movement improves circulation, reduces stress, and helps your nervous system reset. 👉 Education tip: The best workout is the one your body can recover from. Examples of energy-supporting movement: ✔ Walking ✔ Gentle strength training ✔ Yoga or stretching ✔ Mobility work These don’t drain your tank — they refill it. 👇 Check-in question: What type of movement leaves you feeling energized instead of wiped out?
