Orders stuck in production mode
Hello everyone, I’m a bit stuck I’ve got two orders that have been stuck in production mode since the 25th of December. I’ve emailed Print Shrimp twice but no reply. Any ideas on how to solve this ? Thanks, Alice

resizing
hey guys, Im currently resizing a poster from A0 to 11x14 on canva and no matter what i do it either doesn't fit as its too wide. Or using toms guide of expanding the poster and making the boarder myself I'm cutting some of the poster at the bottom or top off ? Some guidance would be fab.

@Mihai Volintiriu this one was the one that was affected the most as it took away some of the more noticeable parts of the image away from the bottom.

£2 extra charge
Hello everyone, I just had my first sale today 😊 It was an A5 print but with the Christmas discounts and £2 extra postage charge to make sure it gets there in time. I’ve made a loss in profits. Any ideas on how to help this ? Maybe put a delivery option for the customer so they pay the £2 extra if they want it in time ?

Stripe
Hello, Does anyone know which Stripe account I will need for print shrimp payments ? Is it the stripe dashboard or the stripe express? Also can I link stripe directly with Etsy for payouts or do I need a separate bank account to transfer from Etsy payouts to stripe to pay for orders on print shrimp ? Thanks, Alice :)
