📣 Day 5: Cartwheel (or Couch-Wheel!) You made it to the final challenge! 🎉Let’s flip into the finish line. We are so proud of all of you for taking the challenge and doing something new! It has been great to see you jump into your coach roles! 🎥 Today’s Trick: Cartwheel (or Couch-Wheel) Easiest: Couch-Wheel (legs swing low over couch)Middle: Baby cartwheel with bent legsHardest: Full cartwheel with straight legs 👩‍🏫 How to Teach It: 1. Start in Acro First Position (arms reaching forward, pointed toe) 2. Reach arms out 3. Place hands on the ground shoulder-width apart, fingers spread wide, thumbs facing each other 4. Kick the legs over 5. Encourage straight legs + pointed toes 6. Finish in Acro First Position ❌ No spotting today✅ Coach with clear cues and encouragement 📸 Now it’s your turn: ✅ Post your Day 5 video below Include: - Coaching cues - Their final flip! 🎉 Bloopers extra welcome today🎭 Make it fun — it’s the finale! Today, we go from the floor… to the forehead (almost).It’s time for balance. 🎥 Today’s Trick: Teddy Bear Stand or Headstand Easiest: Knees on arms, toes on floorMiddle: Knees on arms, toes off floorHardest: Full headstand 👩‍🏫 How to Teach It: 1. Start kneeling 2. Reach arms forward in Acro First Position 3. Place hands on the floor, fingers spread wide 4. Lower head to form a triangle: ✅ You kneel beside or behind your grown-up✅ Spot at the hips throughout All versions end by returning to kneeling with arms in Acro First Position. 📸 Now it’s your turn: ✅ Post your Day 4 video belowInclude: - You teaching + spotting - Their chosen version 🎉 Bloopers welcome🔺 Triangle base = key🎭 Let them shine Now go teach your acrobat — and post your video in this thread! ⬇️

📣 Day 3: Handstand (Wall or Couch)
Wow! What amazing teachers we have in here! It has been so great seeing you get out of your comfort zone and do something new! We are cheering you all on in this challenge and love seeing all the hard work! 🎥 Today’s Trick: Handstand with Support Easiest: Backward, feet on the couchMiddle: Backward, feet on the wallHardest: Forward, feet to the wall 👩‍🏫 How to Teach It: ✅ Backward - Couch Version: - Hands on the floor, fingers spread wide - One foot on the couch - Spot at the hips - Bring second foot up - Encourage straight arms - Hold - Step down — no jumping - Finish with hands on hips ✅ Backward - Wall Version: - Same hand position - Walk feet up the wall - Spot at the hips - Hold with straight arms - Walk down the wall — no jumping - Finish with hands on hips ✅ Forward - Wall Version: - Start in Acro First Position (arms reaching forward, pointed toe) - Hands placed a bit away from the wall - Kick up to handstand - Spot at the hips - Guide feet to the wall - Support on the way down - Finish in Acro First Position 📸 Now it’s your turn: ✅ Post your Day 3 video below Include: - Teaching + spotting - Their version of the trick 🎉 Bloopers welcome🙃 Bonus points for bravery Now go teach your acrobat — and post your video in this thread
