🎥 Today’s Trick: Handstand with Support
Easiest: Backward, feet on the couchMiddle: Backward, feet on the wallHardest: Forward, feet to the wall
👩‍🏫 How to Teach It:
✅ Backward - Couch Version:
  • Hands on the floor, fingers spread wide
  • One foot on the couch
  • Spot at the hips
  • Bring second foot up
  • Encourage straight arms
  • Hold
  • Step down — no jumping
  • Finish with hands on hips
✅ Backward - Wall Version:
  • Same hand position
  • Walk feet up the wall
  • Spot at the hips
  • Hold with straight arms
  • Walk down the wall — no jumping
  • Finish with hands on hips
✅ Forward - Wall Version:
  • Start in Acro First Position (arms reaching forward, pointed toe)
  • Hands placed a bit away from the wall
  • Kick up to handstand
  • Spot at the hips
  • Guide feet to the wall
  • Support on the way down
  • Finish in Acro First Position
