I hope you guys are well. Can anyone building WhatsApp chatbot please assist. Do I have to always buy a new number for my clients? What automation tools are you guys using. I want to build knowledge base chat bot for my client. I ended up using manychat because of all the complexities that comes with meta. Also buying a new number becomes a problem for other businesses because some of them have used their business number for years. If you have done this before please help

Up to now, I’ve always used official access methods (Business Manager, delegated access, user invites, etc.), which has worked well. Lately, I’ve been considering option #2: using password managers (like 1Password, Bitwarden, etc.) to handle access in a more flexible way when needed. Have any of you used this approach with clients? Any pros / cons I should be aware of? Appreciate your thoughts! Alex
