Up to now, I’ve always used official access methods (Business Manager, delegated access, user invites, etc.), which has worked well.
Lately, I’ve been considering option #2: using password managers (like 1Password, Bitwarden, etc.) to handle access in a more flexible way when needed.
Have any of you used this approach with clients?
Any pros / cons I should be aware of?
