The Switch Back to Calm
Quote “Your breath is not weak medicine. It is the switch that brings your nervous system home.” Reflection Most people underestimate the breath because it feels too simple. But the nervous system doesn’t respond to complexity — it responds to patterns. One slow inhale, one longer exhale, one small pause… that’s all it takes to remind your system that you’re safe. If you want to explore this more deeply, The Pause Meditation inside the Soul Growth Circle community is a beautiful place to begin. Soul Growth Circle👉https://www.skool.com/bodydialoguemethod/about

Yes - breathing is very under-rated. tee hee I enjoy all kinds of breathwork and am so happy to see people (Tina) sharing this so it reaches more and more people.
✨ If December already feels like too much… this is for you.✨
The holidays stir up: 🎄 pressure 💭 emotional anniversaries 👥 old roles + family dynamics 💼 everyone else’s needs And for steady, sensitive, big-hearted women — it can feel like you’re holding your breath all month. Here’s the truth most women never hear: 💜 You don’t have to push through it. 💜 You don’t have to carry everything. 💜 You don’t have to navigate December alone. I’m Tina — a holistic stress-management guide, hypnotherapist, and creator of Soul Growth Circle. I help women soften stress, build nervous-system safety, and return to themselves gently. This week inside the community, we’re practicing a simple anchor: 🌬 “Calm begins with one breath.” One pause. One moment. One shift that changes the temperature inside your body. If you’re craving… 💆‍♀️ a softer December 🤝 support without pressure 🌙 a calm space to land ✨ a steady hand holding the lantern — then you belong in Soul Growth Circle. If this feels like what your nervous system has been asking for, learn more here: Soul Growth Circle ➡️ https://www.skool.com/bodydialoguemethod/about No push. Just an invitation to exhale again. 💜

Planning to take your frequency finder quiz as soon as time allows. Thanks for creating this space. Excited to explore and journey with you and the group.
Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

@Ellen Britt Yes, transplanted from TX 26 years ago and love it here. Glens Falls is a beautiful area. My oldest daughter lives near Monroe GA. Small world. 😁

@Nicki Palmer great! I understand that feeling, like I am behind, and then things always seem to work out… divine timing is much better than my timing. My human still forgets that.
