Introduction
Hey yall! Im Laith - I own a handful of businesses in the Real Estate & Marketing space + a Acrobatics & MMA Gym.
What i HAVE:
- Ton of knowledge in solving real estate transaction related problems.
- Marketing and Leadgen
What i WANT:
I love the game! i want to build a portfolio of businesses that do epic things
- 5M Rev
- Be a systems & delegation killer
- Remove my self from the day to day of my newer companies ( to build more businesses )
What i NEED:
My biggest weakness is delegation and focus
- I need to build out my hiring and delegation processes
- maximize my teams "zones of genius" and remove my self from holding the companies back
- hire sales ASSASSINS
- keep team moral and culture up when im not present
