Look How I Made Junk. 100x Faster.
AI lets you do things you never could before. That's the problem. You made an image. A video. A mobile app. A program. Something you never could have built on your own. And it is cool. For a moment, it genuinely is. You look at it and think, "I made that?" There's a rush to it. A real one. So you show your friends. You show your mom. They're impressed — not necessarily because the thing is great, but because you made it, and because it shows them what's now possible. That reaction feels like validation. It isn't. Here's what's actually happening: AI gave everyone a production studio. It did not give everyone taste, ideas, or an audience that cares. Scroll through any feed right now. AI-generated images. AI-generated videos. AI-generated everything. Most of it stops no one. Most of it moves nothing. Most of it is, from a consumer standpoint, junk. Not because the quality is low — the quality is often stunning. It's junk because nobody asked for it. Nobody was waiting for it. Nobody will pay for it or share it or come back for more. The stuff that does go viral? That does sell? A creative made it. Someone who understood what people actually want to look at, watch, or buy — and then used AI to execute faster. The tool wasn't the advantage. The idea was. This is where most people are getting it backwards. They're so dazzled by what AI enables them to produce that they've skipped the only question that matters: does anyone actually want this? Your friend liking your post isn't product validation. Your mom saying "that's so cool" isn't market demand. Interest in what AI can do is not the same as interest in what you made with it. So here's the move: Enjoy the magic for a moment. Genuinely. It is remarkable. Then put it down. Disconnect from how cool the tool is and get back to the hard part — the part AI can't do for you. Come up with a good idea. A creative idea. Talk to real people who would actually buy what you're building. Post something and watch whether it actually performs, not whether your circle gives you a polite pat on the back.

You nailed it @Stephen G. Pope this is where great analysis comes in... MVT permutations of your ideas to validate what is really desired by the market and what is not. AI toolset can now scale that validation process at scale.
Every SaaS UI Is Going To Move To Chat 💬
Hey Academy! Think about it—Claude Code, WhatsApp bots, Slack agents, every new AI product. They're all chat interfaces. Why? Because it's just easier. Building custom UIs takes forever. But chat? It's universal. It works. And when you DO need a specialized view (like a video player), you're still doing the actual work in the chat. The UI is just for viewing. So here's the problem I ran into... I built some really powerful Claude projects. YouTube title research agents, tools that hit APIs, stuff that actually saves me hours. But I can't sell my Claude project. I can't put a paywall in front of it. Same with GPTs. So I built my own framework. It looks like ChatGPT, but it's not. It's a SaaS shell that lets you: → Build your own agents (like GPTs or Claude projects) → Connect them to backend automations (n8n, APIs, whatever) → Add billing and credits → Actually charge people to use them The agents live in the chat. Users subscribe. You get paid. Whether you're building AI tools for YouTubers, chefs, marketers—doesn't matter. You define the agents, hook up the backend, and monetize. I'm still building this out. If you're interested in something like this, drop your feedback below—I'd love to hear what you'd build with it.

My 0$/month AI Video Generator
I had already posted about this a few months ago, but I wanted to give you all another update on my $0/month AI video generator, which can now create videos like this: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ZxcWKD-hJ28 for free. I built this system using Python and some free APIs. The most important part is the code, which I wrote myself and refined over the months. Now that I have perfected the code, I’m offering you the complete code and permission to use it independently however you want, for a small fee. I’m also offering my automation services to anyone interested. I can assist you with make.com, Zapier, Python, and more. I’m not sure if this kind of post is allowed in the community, so, admin, please warn me before banning my account. Thanks!

@Muhammad Areeb pretty well done! seems that the subtitles are out of sync with the audio. You might want to look into that. cheers, and keep up the good work. I think solutions like these where YT video generation tools will be more and more standalone and not dependent on or dependent on fewer and fewer external systems will continue to be built and proliferate. I personally moved away from make.com, (never used zapier), and refuse to pay for those. more power to n8n!
Most YouTube scripts flop because they’re built on info, not intrigue.
A winning script: • Hooks curiosity in 10 seconds • Frames the problem so viewers feel it • Proves you get results with stories, not just tips • Moves every scene toward the next action Script for belief—not just clarity. That’s how you turn viewers into clients.

New App From Scratch With No Experience (includes payments)
Still on the fence about joining the Vibin' Coders Community, take a look at what I built! This is a true Vibe Code app! Let me know what you think in the comments below. The app isn't 100% done but it's close. It's been a great learning experience and I would highly recommend anybody to try to build something. I have been working on the Stripe integration, and it is functioning. There are still some issues with selecting the correct plan type, but it is functional. I'll make more updates as I go along with this. I should have probably documented it earlier as I was going.
