If Day One was about softening into yourself…Day Two is about learning where your clarity actually lives. Most women try to “think their way” into clarity.They journal harder.They analyse.They over-process.They loop. But clarity isn’t a thought.Clarity is a felt sense. Your body holds the truth long before your mind makes sense of it. Today is about reconnecting with the one place that has never lied to you: your body’s yes, your body’s no, and your body’s wisdom beneath both. When your nervous system is dysregulated, your intuition feels chaotic.When your nervous system is stable, intuition becomes unmistakably clear. Today we attune to that. DAY TWO PRACTICE — “The Body Compass” A 7-minute presence practice to locate your inner truth. 1. Rise or sit tall. Close your eyes.Let your spine lengthen without force. 2. Bring your awareness into the centre of your chest.Imagine a small, warm light glowing there. 3.Ask quietly within “Show me what a YES feels like in my body.” Don’t think. Just feel. Notice: does YES feel expansive? open? warm? lifted? tingly? 4. Ask:“Show me what a NO feels like.”Maybe it contracts.Maybe it drops.Maybe it tightens. 5. Now, place one current life question into your chest-space:“What do I need today?”OR“Where am I leaking energy?”OR“What truth am I avoiding?” 6. Observethe body’s response before the mind interrupts.This is your compass.This is where clarity speaks first. What did your YES feel like today? And what did your NO reveal?” Keep it simple. The body doesn’t complicate anything — we do. Your body wisdom today may help another woman recognise her own. Share gently, share honestly.

CLARITY CODES DAY ONE
Today we begin ✨️ Day One is about coming back into yourself — beneath the noise, beneath the pressure to be “on,” beneath the layers of protection your body has been holding for years. This first Clarity Code is simple, but it is the foundation for everything that follows: Slow down enough to hear what your body has been trying to say. Before we reach for answers, direction, intuition or spiritual guidance — we regulate the channel that receives it. What I see with so many intuitive women (and what I had to learn myself) is this: You don’t have a clarity issue. You have a capacity issue. When the nervous system is bracing, looping, or overstimulated… clarity feels far away. But when the body softens — even 5% — clarity returns. Today, we open that door. ✨️ DAY ONE PRACTICE — “The Softening” A 5-minute somatic attunement to create inner spaciousness. 1. Sit or lie down. Let your weight be held fully. No effort. 2. Bring one hand to your heart, one hand to your lower belly. Feel the temperature of your own palms. 3. Breathe in through the nose for 4 seconds, out through the mouth for 6. Longer exhales tell your system: we’re safe for this moment. 4. Repeat this silently: “I am here. I am listening.” 5. When your body softens — even slightly — notice it. That’s the clarity portal opening. This isn’t about forcing insight. This is about creating the inner safety for clarity to naturally rise. “What did I hear today that I’ve been too busy, too overwhelmed, or too guarded to hear before?” Let it be one sentence. The truth is usually simple. Share your Day One insight below. Your share might be the exact medicine another sister needs today.

Love the chakra recordings
Throat has been feeling very heavy and dense lately, and my sleep hasn't been good for a week... so I put on the Throat Chakra recording last night before bed. Woke up feeling well-rested (9 hours of good restful sleep), and feeling lighter! I love how it's bite-sized and perfect for a wind-down !
A little sharing
Just wanted to share - I was working through some major angst and anxiety last week, and the Meditation for Calm & Anxiety (in the Meditation Room) really helped lots in moving me through those emotions!!💛 And feeling a renewed sense of groundedness, safety & clarity after our Spinal Energetics Alignment call this morning (almost didn't wanna get up from my bed after that). Thank you Tracy as always 🌻💕
