THE BEGINNING DAY 1
👋 Abhi Here – Grateful to Be Part of This! 1. Where I’m from: Kerala, India 2. Why I joined this community: I was too distracted and wastes hours by scrolling and gaming one day i feel need to change so i started with hitting gym everyday eat clean but my mind is too weak, although i hit gym everyday day i can't control my mind the endless scrolling my screen time is 14h for a month thats too insane. My friend suggest me to join this one tao family and say just try this i hope i will change 3. My main focus right now: learn Wing Chun, and deepen my meditation, improve focus, control over mind 4. Something unique about me: My avarage meditation time in my junior school is 1hour and i don't give up easly 5. What I’m excited to learn here: Full control over mind and that mastry of chain punches

Introduction.
Hi, I'm Damien from Sydney, Australia. I recently left my Karate school after 7 years (still do kickboxing) and wanted to find something disciplined and with a long lineage similar to my previous school/Master. After trying to find the "right place" I found One Tao and from the first trial it just resonated with me on such a deeper level. It has opened my mind in more ways than one. My goals? That's an interesting one for me. At first I thought it was to be a better fighter, however One Tao has "unlocked" something far more deeper. It has allowed me to see things more clearly and not just with my eyes. Loving the classes, camaraderie and experience. Love to all ❤️

☯️ Enter The State ✝️ : Where Everything Comes Together
Whether you're just starting out or already deep in the training, this is one of the most important pieces to recognize. The State is not something you switch on. It’s something you already are. You already have intention. You already have a body and an energy body. You already sense, sink, see, and focus. Your spirit already holds a direction. Your system already knows how to let go. What we’re doing here is becoming more conscious of it. More refined. More attuned. Like turning up the volume on music that was always playing. Like slowly brightening the light in a dim room. The components of the State are already in you: Intention Centering Sensing Sinking Seeing Each one is powerful on its own. But as you become more aware of them, more unified in how you apply them, the State starts to become brighter in you. It starts to radiate through your Kung Fu, your posture, your presence, and your life. My master once told me, “I am Siu Nim Tao.” He didn’t mean he was practicing it. He meant he had become it. The form was no longer something he did. It was who he was. That’s what we are moving toward. Not adding something new. Just peeling away the layers and tuning in to what’s already there. You live it. You carry it. You train it into clarity. There’s no rush. But there is a path. You practice. You believe. You refine. And the State becomes unmistakably real. This is how your Kung Fu transforms. This is how your life shifts. Not by becoming something else. But by becoming more fully who you already are. Let that process begin now.
