Introduction.
Hi, I'm Damien from Sydney, Australia. I recently left my Karate school after 7 years (still do kickboxing) and wanted to find something disciplined and with a long lineage similar to my previous school/Master. After trying to find the "right place" I found One Tao and from the first trial it just resonated with me on such a deeper level. It has opened my mind in more ways than one.
My goals? That's an interesting one for me. At first I thought it was to be a better fighter, however One Tao has "unlocked" something far more deeper. It has allowed me to see things more clearly and not just with my eyes.
Loving the classes, camaraderie and experience.
