If you’re going through it right now, I want you to listen. Steve Backlund says, “There are no hopeless circumstances, just hopeless people.” I agree 100%. We all go through seasons of life where we face “impossible situations.” It can be crushing. I know it has been for me. Trying for years to escape the lack… desiring freedom while staring at maxed-out credit cards and no new clients coming in. But those are the moments when true faith is revealed. Not when everything’s going right. It’s easy to say you have faith when clients are rolling in. But when things are dry… Crickets. That’s when your faith gets refined. That’s why the Word says in James: “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” I’ll admit— It’s not painless. I dislike the discomfort of being in lack. I don’t like being in a position where I’m facing dire circumstances. But here’s a reframe: A good movie wouldn’t be good without tension. Without risk. Without impossibility. That’s why I love Mission Impossible so much. There’s always a wild, impossible mission. And somehow, good ol’ Ethan Hunt finds a way. Problems… trials… challenges… All opportunities to operate in faith and trust. Do we really believe God is good and wants to prosper us? Or do we fall for the age-old deception… “Did God really say that?” The enemy’s first tactic— To get us to question the goodness of God. That’s why it’s so key to stay in the Word. It’s called the good fight of faith for a reason. Because there will be many opportunities in life to let go of it. “How can God promise my needs will be met, and yet here I am—sitting in hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt?” The reality is: You’re in the middle of your story— Not the end. What if we looked at our trials with a sense of anticipation? “Wow. I wonder how God’s going to come through this time?”

Launching a new offer targeting the wellness industry. Gonna document the journey. First financial goal: hit $30K/month cash collected. The marketing strategy? Same one I’ve used for every single offer I’ve launched so far… Good ol’ paid ads. Started with the gym I owned. It was a new offer to an underserved demographic in my city—no one was running ads to adults 55 and older. God gave me that idea. It saved my gym and eventually enabled me to sell it in 2019. I was also able to hit solid monthly income with my ad agency because of ads. Not millions, but consistent $35–40K/months. These last 12 months have been quite the experiment. Long story short, I’m now running a new offer to the wellness industry. I recently watched a video from Alex Becker where he talked about taking your skills and applying them to an underserved market. That hit me. I really enjoy coaching and consulting. They’re skills I like using—and I actually find it fun. Becker took his skills and sold millions to eCom brands when they were underserved. It reminded me: there are waves to everything. AI is one of them. GLP-1s in weight loss are another. So it just makes sense to ride the wave and get any kind of first-mover advantage if possible. To me, it makes sense to target an audience with proven demand. High desire. A proven market—like weight loss. People will pay serious money to get their dream body. And like I learned from good ol’ Bedros Keuilian when I started my gym back in 2010: “Sell ’em what they want, give ’em what they need.” It’s like how some people fight AI— Why? If it’s gonna make my life more effective, I’m all in. Anyway— I’ll be documenting the journey. What ads are working, what’s not. Right now, I’m running my Pre-Sell VSL funnel: Ads → a short VSL → book a call. Seems like that funnel’s considered “old school” now. Lots of cons, but also lots of pros. It gets the job done. So I’m using it for now. But planning to implement my $9 funnel soon— A low-ticket front end to help cover ad spend.
