I’m looking for more Auction Heroes
I’ve got a database of communities I’m starting to work. I’m contacting community owners cold. This one went from Cold to Coffee Date in under 24 hours. Remember we’re not selling auctions… We’re selling BIDDING/Buying Frenzies happening in the comments for the community owners offers. (And that offer is 🔥) Here’s the PS in my cold email… “PS You can't buy anything. But after visiting your about page I think you'd clean up running an auction. It's a blast watching everyone placing bigger and bigger bids in the comments. It goes craaazy. I know your CXXXX offer is hot!” 👉 I’m sending them to my about page in Community Fire Mojo. (Which pre-sells them) 👉 They join my CFM community. 👉 I comp them my Pop Up Auction. 👉 They love the idea, but ask if I can do it for them. I’ve sent 3 deals to Ronin Auction Heroes since yesterday. I’m looking for Auction Heroes ACTIVELY doing deals. Is that you? 👇

I’m totally down. I have another auction I’m starting on Monday
Four auctions locked in
Well if today ain’t been a doozy. Not done an auction yet but these are for smaller audience owners with higher ticket programs Be interesting to see how they go — one of them wants to use “Black Friday Weekend” as his reason why. Not like I ain’t got other things planned but I’m not getting in the way. Edit November 22nd Just added 2 more 200k IG + 20K list 280k IG + 80K list

Rock and roll!
New partner agreed.
Agreed a new partner today, test with an auction. 10 mins into the coffee date she says what else can you do I don’t want to do just the auction with you. I’ll break down how I found her as well and everything in this post. A couple of weeks ago I went to a coffee shop with a pad of paper and a pen headphones and wrote down a list of everything I’ve bought course wise, all the niches I like, all the niches I know. Then all the people I have spoken to in those niches. I went and got a list of all these people by searching on google, Facebook, x the lot. Got their details and started messaging them. This lady has 175k socials, 70k email list. Highly engaged audience. I sent her…. Name, I think I can get you at least 50 leads for your painkiller course, all before noon. Reckon you could listen to an excited brit share a 3 min loom on how? She replied: sure I’ll bite, tell me how? Sent her a loom video explaining an auction, she replied it’s genius. She kept messaging me telling me how excited she was to actually speak with me. Had the call today, after ten mins she says what else can you do I want you doing everything you can for me - you are somebody who knows their shit. Wahhhhh hold on lady, you don’t get to marry me today…. You gotta wait. Let’s start with the auction. She’s got a big sale planned for next month which she’s scrapping and wants to do the auction instead all agreed and good to go. Now I just gotta get the ore auction posts and emails out and then see what we auctioning off. Here’s to a cracking end to 2025 and hopefully a good start to the new year.

Wow this is super awesome, thanks for sharing
What do I offer bidders in the post-auction offer if I'm auctioning 1-1 support?
I'm running my first auction and it's a huge success so far. I only have 60 people in the Skool group and we already have more than a dozen bidders with the highest bid already above $2k. For the Post Auction offer, I want to create something that has a high take rate, but I don't want it to be super hands on. You can see the auction post here for context: https://www.skool.com/saas-validation-lab-4279/auction-live-300day-cozy-saas-auction-starts-at-1?p=8429b2d4 I'm auctioning a coaching spot in my coaching program, so people are bidding on working with me 1-1. In the post auction, I wanted to offer the program itself (no support included) for $397, but I'm worried that people won't want it because they're bidding on getting my help. Couple ideas I had: 1. Offer two options: $397 for the program (just content) and another option for the coaching program at full price ($300) week. I would offer the $397 at 8 weekly payment of $50. 2. Offer them $997 for the program AND 12 months of Skool support (create another skool group for the winners and then support them via chat support and maybe a once a month call). Less time intensive for me. The problem is that right now the coaching program as I have it setup requires some time from me in order to get the result they need. My 1-1 help is almost required because my genius is being able to fix and help with areas they can't even see and that the training can't help with (by itself) 3. Or some combination of the above? Appreciate your thoughts and wisdom if you've done something like this before. Thank you! ❤️

@Travis Sago Awesome, so I'll probably do something like: Silver: $197 for the step by step program and process that will show you how to get the result - no support included. Gold: $497 for the program and 2 AMA Group Calls Diamond: $2k for the program and 1-1 group support with 1 call a month for 12 months Something like that?

@Travis Sago thanks travis! The bidding just ended with a FLURRY of bids coming in at the end moving the bid up to $5k!! I'm blown away. I won't believe it until the $$ is in my account, but I'll be damned if this wasn't the most exhilarating and fun I've had in a long time selling something,
Auction Question: Should I encourage people to bid $1 even after the highest bid is more?
I'm running an auction in my group of 50 people. The current highest bidder is $1,900, with dozens of bids. But I want more people to bid so I can leverage the bidders into sales. Should I encourage people to bid, even if they can't outbid the winner? For example: "Hey the winning bid is at $1,900, but as long as you bid at least a dollar you'll get a special gift from me"?
