Here are the steps to record your 90 second video n the Padlet Navigate to: Week 1 Reflection > + > +16 > video recorder Here is how to post your 90-second WAM: 🎥 Video is preferred because it builds courage and connection. 📸 A screenshot with your written reflection works great too. 📝 Plain text works perfectly well. The format does not matter. Showing up does! After you post your WAM: ✨ Reflect on your execution score. What is it actually telling you? ✨ Notice where you followed through and where you drifted. ✨ Adjust your next two weeks of tactics based on reality, not wishful thinking. This is how we get better. Not by adding more, but by refining what is already on the board. I am sharing my reflection done AFTER my WAM below. You do not have to record yours, but you might want to talk it through, even if it is just you and ChatGPT helping you think clearly. Say it out loud. Score it honestly. Set up the next two weeks with intention. We are building momentum now 🔥 Comment below after you've left your first WAM!

I worked hard to get to 8 hours most of the time. 7 is ok still. And more than 8 is great!

Did you move your body today? Did you get outside?
Because this is not just a nice idea. It is biology. Just 20 minutes in nature can lower cortisol, the hormone connected to stress. Sunlight helps regulate your circadian rhythm and boosts serotonin, which supports mood. Even light movement like walking or biking improves blood flow to the brain and sharpens focus. It is one of the simplest ways to reset your nervous system. Today it was 70 degrees in the middle of winter here in Colorado. So my husband and I grabbed our ebikes and rode to a nearby state park. Then we walked the dog along our creek path after we got home. I am so grateful for this nature at my doorstep. And honestly, I am grateful to myself for choosing to buy property near trails and open space. That was intentional. Nature is a healer and it is free. Income without burnout only works if you protect the fuel. Before the day ends, step outside for 10 minutes. No phone. Just breathe and move. Then come back and comment: I went.

Yeah! It was low sixties in Utah which is super weird. I went out for a run/walk

Today’s morning routine is all out of order! But that’s okay, I am flexible! Friendly reminder to you too: You told yourself this would be a consistent week. Today is another chance to move your body for at least 20 minutes. No full workout needed. Just 20+ minutes of movement! When are you putting movement on your calendar for today? 💛
