Your computer, your files, your AI… it’s time for a reset
There is a lot happening in the digital world right now. AI tools. Files everywhere. Cloud and desktop storage are filling up. Tokens being used without us really understanding how. And if we are not careful, it creates a lot of clutter… just digital instead of physical. So before adding more tools, more tabs, more ideas… Let’s pause and set up a simple system. Here are five things to do FIRST to feel back in control: 1. Choose your “home base” (just one) Where do things go first? Pick one: -Google Drive -Dropbox -Notion -Miro -Your computer desktop (but organized) Everything starts and ends there. No more scattering across five places. Seriously! 2. Clean up your current mess (just 20 minutes) Set a timer. Delete: -Duplicate downloads (this is a huge storage suck on your computer) -Old exports -Random screenshots you do not need You are not organizing your whole life today. But you are creating breathing room. 3. Create 3 simple folders only Do not overcomplicate this. Start with: -Active + Month (what you are working on now) -Resources (things you might use again) -Archive (done but saved) That is it. You can refine later. 4. Know what is “costing” you (tokens + storage) This is the part most people skip. AI is not free in the way we think. -Every prompt uses tokens -Every file upload uses storage -Every automation runs somewhere -Set up projects (Claude) so you don't have to keep uploading files You do not need to track everything… But you do need awareness. Ask yourself: -What tools am I actually using weekly? -What can I pause or cancel? 5. Set a weekly 10-minute reset This is the game changer. Once a week: -Close tabs -Move files into folders -Delete what you do not need -Check what you used and what you didn’t These small resets prevent big overwhelm. Bonus: Restart your computer daily Simple. Underrated. Works. It clears memory, closes background processes, and gives you a clean slate. Think of it like a mini reset for your brain and your system.

WAM Monday: Look Back to Move Forward
It’s Monday. A small pause before we move again. Before you rush into this week, take a breath and look back at the last one. What felt easy? What felt fun? What felt hard? What did you actually finish? What did you quietly let go of? No judgment here. Just noticing. Because this is where the shift happens. Most people jump straight into the next plan without understanding what actually worked last week. Then they wonder why they feel busy but not clear. Reflection is the work. If you are in the twelve week year with us: Drop your WAM in the Padlet or right here in the community. I will be on the live WAM call today too, if you want to come do it live and/or chat! Share: Your execution score What you planned vs what you actually did One reason if you fell below 80% Your commitment for this week Keep it simple. Keep it honest. We are not chasing perfect weeks. We are building awareness and consistency. And that is what creates calm momentum. 🔥 Happy Monday!

I’m not going to be able to post this week cuz I’m heading out of town again. This is easier to do when you don’t travel a ton!
Good morning

It’s official…
I’m moving from ChatGPT’s paid plan to the Claude paid plan. I’m excited to start building with Claude and Claude Coworker! More soon on my journey. Which AI are you mostly using right now?

Let’s talk AI… but not just for content 🤍
I’ve been using AI in a way I didn’t expect… I talk to ChatGPT in the shower as a way to self coach. And it’s been helping me think more clearly, make decisions faster, and get out of my own head. #gamechanger So now I’m curious 👇 Fill in the blank: AI is helping me ____________________________________ Or answer one of these: 1. What are you actually using AI for right now? 2. What do you wish it could help you do better? 3. Does your AI use feel simple and repeatable… or a little messy? I have a feeling we’re all using it differently and there’s a lot we can learn from each other 🤍

@Sybil Hall Brilliant!! But how do you have chat speak back to you out loud? It just types the answer back to me and I've wanted that feature, ha!
