Sunlight helps regulate your circadian rhythm and boosts serotonin, which supports mood.
Even light movement like walking or biking improves blood flow to the brain and sharpens focus.
It is one of the simplest ways to reset your nervous system.
Today it was 70 degrees in the middle of winter here in Colorado. So my husband and I grabbed our ebikes and rode to a nearby state park.
Then we walked the dog along our creek path after we got home.
I am so grateful for this nature at my doorstep. And honestly, I am grateful to myself for choosing to buy property near trails and open space.
That was intentional.
Nature is a healer and it is free.
Income without burnout only works if you protect the fuel.
Before the day ends, step outside for 10 minutes. No phone. Just breathe and move.
