Important spam email content question
Recently discovered that tools like Mailmeteor and Folderly still miss a lot of keywords that put you on the spam folder. I'm really looking to hear if anyone found a better way. Here's what I tested. In the @Jay Feldman 7h video (Free Cold Email Marketing Course for 2025 (7 Hours), he goes through GlockApps with a simple email test with the content "cold email services." Obviously glockapps tells you that this content triggered spam filters on google. If you paste "cold email services" on any other "spam checker" you don't get ANY errors flagged in your copy. Even glockapps doesn't tell you exactly which part of the copy is wrong if you're sending a longer email. Has anyone found better QA methods? @Jordan Wiseman

Cold Email Outreach strategy
What is the latest thinking on starting a cold email outreach strategy. 1. Warmup period for new domains? 2. How many inboxes per domain? 3. How many daily emails per inbox to begin? 4. Ramp up strategy to increase per day emails?

1. 30 days 2. 3 3. 4. Just use the slow ramp feature in Instantly

Try doing the same test with a basic copy like "Hey, are you going to be at the meeting tomorrow?" and see how the results are. That will rule out the copy. How old are the domains and mailboxes and how long have you been cold emailing with them for?
Mailin.com - reviews?
Hi guys, is anyone using Mailin.com? How has your experience been with their mailboxes?

I've used them, super easy to set-up and good deliverability. The owner is part of the Insiders community, good guy.

@Faddy F I’m friends with the owner, he is American and normally runs all the sales and customer support stuff.
ROAST SESSION - Don't Hold Back
I think my copy is pretty good. I'm probably wrong lol. Drop your harshest feedback below. Line by line, word by word, I don't care. If something sounds salesy, weak, or cringe, call it out. "Hi Valerie, Searched "exterminator Chandler" on Maps this morning. Simply Green Pest Control is in the top 3. Arizona Termite & Pest Solutions isn't. That gap is costing you calls every week. Most people pick from the top 3 and never scroll further. I mapped out what it would take for Arizona Termite & Pest Solutions to start showing up ahead of Simply Green Pest Control in Chandler. Shows exactly where the gap is and what to fix first. Does it make sense for me to send it over?" (Bonus points if you rewrite the part you hated)

Subject: simply green vs arizona termite Valerie, you're losing to Simply Green atm. I searched "exterminator Chandler" on Google Maps this morning. Simply Green is showing up in the top 3. Arizona Termite & Pest isn't. I put together a local visibility teardown of your rankings vs Simply Green's, with the 3 gaps costing you the most calls. Want me to send it over?

Keep in mind it's not about creating the "best copy". It's about creating 20-50 different copies and letting the market decide which one works. Test hooks, pain points, different offers, lead magnets.
