2 calls to win them all! ๐ŸŽ‰
I've been implementing the "2 call close method" since the 1st of this year. Thanks for that training @Dan Harrison! I'm excited to share this win as a result of this process! I had a member upgrade to our VIP tier last week and 2 more (with verbal agreements) upgrading in the coming week. Those calls are already booked to seal the deal ๐Ÿค Shoutout to @Artin Asghari for pointing me toward those training modules. LFG!

100 per day
For some reason I struggled with the 100 rule for a month or so. As I did not see how I could do it when I was building up my community But after getting to over 100 members in under three months one thing I realised was that activity is key And so after the Xmas break, I looked at how I keep momentum, whilst I was building my offer and so committed to 100 comments per day. One caveat to this is, I start this after I have gone through all of my notifications to make sure that it is actually 100 comments I'm making on Skool, with each of them giving value. No just commenting ot liking for the sake of it! This week so far I've stuck to this and gained 7 new members (one of them joking our weekly call that day as what they saw they felt would really help them) six followers. Not a lot but certainly better than the week before with only 4 new members in the week. As part of the 100 I've also commited to contacting all of my existing members to increase my engagement and book in calls with them, whilst also re-sending out messages to my contacts outside of Skool to bring in more menbers. My discovery has reduced in the week from 940 to 823 and my conversion has increased from 16% to 17.8. still only early days but shows the power of 100 is key. My next step is to increased it to 200 Thanks @Alexander VandeLaar @Dan Harrison

Way to go man! The rule of 100 is powerful :-) I created a slightly different version of it for our community and created a tracking sheet to get everyone to start building the habit.
Building a Life You Donโ€™t Need to Escape From
Lately Iโ€™ve been reflecting on how much changes when you stop building your business from pressure and start building it from alignment. The moment I shifted from โ€œI have to make this workโ€ to โ€œI get to create a life that actually feels like me,โ€ everything opened up. The ideas flowed easier, the actions felt lighter, and the results started matching the energy I was putting in. Itโ€™s wild how much clarity shows up when you give yourself permission to design your lifestyle first and let the business grow from that foundation. The more aligned I become, the more sustainable everything feels.

It's a beautiful thing when it starts becoming a reality. Working hard on building a life @Jessica Clark & I will never need to escape from ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
The Death of courses and Info Products ?? (And What Comes Next ๐Ÿ‘€)
I donโ€™t see many saying this explicitly So I will. โ€œTraditional info products and courses are dyingโ€ฆ. If not already deadโ€ Right now, I see brilliant coaches spending months building courses and modules for their skool community that live in someone's "someday" folder. Creating programs where 88% never make it past module two. Packaging expertise into videos and PDFs like it's 2020. And I totally get that. That's exactly what has worked for the last decade. Information = value. Knowledge = transformation. Except it doesn't anymore. Here's what I do see happening in skool: (And I am totally ok to be wrong here Iโ€™d love to have a conversation about this ) Great Coaches & teachers keep creating courses like it's 2020. But in the AI and GPTs era we can go beyond just transferring knowledgeโ€ฆ we can learn by producing outcomes. GPT Co-pilots don't lecture, like traditional coursesโ€ฆ They build the thing with your client. Right there in the session. And while many coaches and consultants are perfecting module seven, The experts who are going to win are using AI & GPTโ€™s to deliver results in real time. If you are doing courses the old way, I believeโ€ฆ Your products will get harder to sell. You will fall behind. Now this is an AWESOME opportunity for those who embrace building their biz with Ai. Because the next 1-3 years belong to experiential learning with GPTs as co-pilots. Not courses. Not information dumps. Actual outcome-producing tools that develop skills while creating deliverables. They are easy to create. Just take everything you know and transform it into an AI-powered tool that creates what your clients paid for. Only 12% of people finish courses anyway. - So why explain copywriting when a GPT can co-write the sales page with them? - Why teach content strategy when a GPT can generate their calendar in the session? - Why deliver information when you can deliver transformation? The absolute best marketing you can create is client wins and client results and

The giving games was a concept that @Jessica Clark & I wanted to implement into our community for a while but we were not sure how to go about it. Huge thanks to @Dan Harrison & @Alexander VandeLaar for the inspiration they gave us from the Skool Stories episode with @Matthew Thompson I won't draw this out too much but I've added a screen shots of the post I made in our community this morning. (Hope that's ok ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป) Here's to giving our whole hearts to this cause. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป We chose to donate 10% of all our Skool MRR to the Alzheimer's Foundation. This is very personal to Jessica and I ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Check out the attached photos to see our vision for the future
