Hi amazing skool community, could someone help me? How do I best help this customer? What's the general best practice to help members who have issues with their payments?

I know this sounds crazy, but today I was switching my skool theme from Light to Dark a couple of times, and it actually felt like everything was a bit slower on the Dark Theme. Switching communities took slightly longer, going into the classroom tab, ... it wasn't drastic, but noticeable enough for me to make this post.
