Most people know what they’re struggling with… but they don’t know why it’s happening or how to shift it in a way that actually sticks. Enter the Symptom & Outcome Matrix. It’s a simple way to map out three things: 1. What you’re experiencing right now 2. Where you can get to — and what that would actually feel like 3. How to start moving towards inner peace in a practical, grounded way No fluff. No vague affirmations. No “just be confident” nonsense. Just clarity. Pattern → Insight → Next step. And this week's example is one that hits a lot of people quietly: Social anxiety that looks like avoidance. Not because you’re shy. Not because you’re “awkward.” But because a part of you learned that relationships = risk. It shows up as: • Overthinking every interaction • Leaving events replaying everything you said • Feeling like you need to “perform” • Avoiding networking, calls, or group settings • Shrinking yourself because you’re convinced you’re not “enough” If that’s you, this Matrix breaks it down into: - the real root, - the outcome you never thought was possible, - and four small steps you can start taking today to move towards inner peace. To tell you the truth since we did the 10 session my body doesn't really have any trigger lately
What have you noticed about the patterns or challenges you’re currently facing?
Not just what’s happening on the surface, but the deeper loops you seem to keep running. The moments where you think 'Why does this keep happening?' or 'Why do I always end up back here?' Sometimes we get so used to our struggles that they start to feel like part of who we are. But what if they’re not? What if they’re just patterns, patterns that can be understood, unraveled, and rewritten? Take a moment. What’s showing up for you right now? What keeps repeating? Let’s start there.

Why I feel so much anger
Why I feel so much anger that I want to cry but I can let it out. I will just want to cry and scream right now. So I am isolated myself in my room where I don't talk much to my parent. Listen to music and doing a bit of my diamond art. How could I let go that anger in me?

Nice walk
Since i am off today I decide to do a nice walk of 2h35minute to try to keep my fitbit steps high but it not really working because today I was not really in the mood to go but glad I did because it was a nice day around 10h39am I went
